- Capital Formation – Wheat’s internal wholesaling unit leverages its relationships with independent broker/dealers, RIAs, national lenders, and financial institutions to drive the firm’s capital raising efforts for direct and indirect real estate offerings. This includes but is not limited to the formation and deployment of capital for its preferred equity and equity funds
