Founded in 2015, Wheat Capital is led by Gary Delaney, President & CEO, a seasoned self-storage expert with over twenty-five years of experience in acquiring, developing, and investing in self-storage facilities. Mr. Delaney along with additional members of the Wheat Capital team have been instrumental in positioning the Firm as a premier self-storage real estate investment and development company. Applying his astute entrepreneurial skills which have been honed over a twenty-five year career, Mr. Delaney has assembled a first-class acquisition and development team.
Wheat Capital has forged exclusive partnerships with well-established Self-Storage Real Estate Investment Trusts (“REITs”) such as CubeSmart® (“CUBE”) and Extra Space Storage® (“EXR”) to serve as third party property managers who will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Self-Storage Properties.
